Antenatal Classes

From antenatal classes which cover what to expect during labour and beyond, to pregnancy yoga and aerobics, there are now lots of classes for you to choose from.

Free local NHS antenatal classes

Our ‘Bump, Birth and Baby Stuff’ antenatal classes will help you prepare for your new arrival, find out more about birth, caring for you and your baby, and feeding your baby, whether you are first time parents or for a refresher course.

All sessions are free, and you should begin the course after you reach 32 weeks pregnant.  Various dates are being offered throughout the year.

NCT – the national charity for pregnancy, birth and early parenthood.

Many parents choose to pay for an antenatal class, the National Childbirth Trust (NCT) is the most popular paid for antenatal class in the country.
