We want to ensure your theatre booking goes smoothly, so please tell the operator whether you require an aisle seat, step-free access, seats close to the stage because of hearing/vision impairment or if you want seats for a sign interpreted, audio described or captioned performance as this will allow us to allocate the best available seats according to your needs.
To make a booking, please call our access team on +44(0)844 412 4648 (9am-6pm Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm Saturdays, closed bank holidays). Our phone lines are busy during peak hours so occasionally you may have to wait longer than usual to get through to an operator.
Calls to our 0844 number are charged at 7p per minute from a BT landline, other networks, including mobiles may vary.
