We focus on developing independence in all children, working closely with parents and carers to identify areas to focus on, getting all early years children school ready. Building confidence is vital to allowing children to try new things and encouraging them to speak out to get their needs met.

We have a collaborative approach to identifying and supporting children with special educational needs, giving them the same opportunities and experiences and focussing on areas we can support or encouraging engagement with other teams who can offer support.
