Baby Massage & Yoga, - Serene Baby Wootton

Our baby massage & baby yoga courses are more than just a class to attend, they are a complete nurture experience for you and your baby.

Classes are held in my newly built home studio, a safe and relaxing space for you to connect with others.

The baby massage & yoga course runs for over 6 weeks. Each week we focus on a different area as well as practising previous strokes so over the 6 weeks a full massage routine is learnt. Each class is 60 minutes long, giving you the time to relax and connect with other parents after class.

Classes are all completely baby-led and baby focused, with no pressure on mummy and baby throughout the class. Partners are also welcome to join the session as this is such a valuable skill for all the family to learn. No need to bring anything extra to class, I provide
